Bulk Keyword Research Tool

Protected by reCAPTCHA. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Paste your keyword list, one keyword per line, up to 2,000 in a single search, and get the search volume, 12-month trend, competition and CPC for every one of them. Free, no account, no daily limit.

Paste your keyword list

Copy your list straight out of a spreadsheet, a content brief or another tool’s export and drop it into the box above. Duplicates are removed automatically, so you do not need to clean the list first. The counter under the label tells you how many unique keywords it found.

Long lists are sent to Google in batches of 50 with a progress bar, and one captcha covers the whole run. You do not tick a box every fifty keywords.

Bulk search volume checker

Checking keywords one at a time hides the thing you actually need: the comparison. Seen together, a list tells you which terms carry the demand, which ones are seasonal, and which are not worth a page at all. Every row gives you:

  • Average monthly searches: demand over the last 12 months.
  • Trend: a 12-month bar chart on every row. Click the arrow to open the month-by-month figures.
  • Competition: how hard advertisers compete for the keyword, with the index next to it.
  • Avg. CPC and top-of-page bid range: what the click is worth commercially.

Sort by any column, filter by a word, set a minimum volume to hide the noise, then copy the shortlist or export the table to CSV.

How to build a keyword list worth checking

  1. Start with seeds, not guesses. Write down the 5-10 terms that describe what you sell or write about.
  2. Expand them. Run each seed through the keyword suggestion tool and collect the ideas with real volume.
  3. Add the words your customers use. Support emails, sales calls and reviews are full of phrasing you would never invent at a desk.
  4. Check the whole list here in one go.
  5. Group before you write. Terms that mean the same thing belong on one page, not five.

Keyword lists by industry

Ready-made lists, marketing keywords, business keywords, advertising keywords, buying-intent keywords, are a fine starting point, but they are written for everyone, which means they fit nobody exactly. Treat such a list as seeds: paste it above, check the real numbers for your country and language, and keep only what survives. A borrowed list with no volume data behind it is just a word cloud.

What a finished SEO keyword list looks like

A usable list is not a column of keywords. Export the CSV and add three columns of your own:

  • Target page: which URL will cover this keyword. Several keywords sharing one URL is normal and good.
  • Intent: is the searcher learning, comparing or buying? The answer decides the format of the page.
  • Priority: volume is only half of it. A 200-search keyword you can answer better than anyone beats a 5,000-search keyword you cannot.

Where the numbers come from

Everything here comes from Google Ads through the official API, the same source as Keyword Planner. Two honest limits: Google rounds search volumes, so read them as size bands rather than exact counts, and keywords Google has too little data for come back as zero rather than disappearing. A run of 2,000 keywords takes a few minutes, because the list is sent in batches with a short pause between them.

Frequently asked questions

Up to 2,000 in one search, one per line. The list is sent to Google in batches of 50 with a progress bar, and a single captcha covers the whole run.

No. There is no sign-up and no daily limit. You tick the captcha before each search and that is it.

Google only reports keywords it has enough data for. New terms, very narrow niches and misspellings usually come back as zero rather than vanishing from the table.

Yes. The CSV button downloads the filtered table for Excel or Google Sheets, and Copy takes just the keyword column.

A few minutes for 2,000 keywords. The batches are paced deliberately so Google does not throttle the requests.

Search partners are other sites and Google properties that show Google search ads, so their numbers are usually a little higher. Pick Google Search only to count searches on Google itself.
